MP Recruiting is an independent, fast growing recruiting company founded in 2017 that
supports clients in searching, screening and hiring Middle Managers and Senior Executives
with the highest level of standards in the recruiting industry.
Since its creation it has experienced an exponential growth especially in Europe and owns
today a solid portfolio of Management Consulting, Corporate and Start-up clients.
We work only with a very limited number of select clients. We manage our client’s
recruitment process in a structured, professional way, as well as own characteristics making
them particularly attractive for potential candidates.
Furthermore, we search candidates for jobs starting from 50k€ of annual salary (to 1m€ for
the more senior positions) extensively in Europe and especially in France. Despite our team
based in Moscow.
We provide exclusive services with a start-up atmosphere which is easy going, with high
growth, huge ambitions and a willingness to disrupt the traditional recruitment methods.
The company is currently in a scale up phase in which operations in Russia need to be
bolstered, accelerate the client development portfolio (including in Russia) and start to
develop its operations outside Russia.
To support the next phase of its development, MP Recruiting is seeking 360° recruitment
consultants (any sectorial / functional specialization).
- Perform middle and top management candidate research and screening for the Russian market as well as abroad (France and Europe mostly) for various industries / clients at the highest quality of service
- With the support of the team, contribute to business development : identify and approach targets, co-lead negotiation
- Manage and train researchers
- Contribute to the company development in many aspects
What we expect from you
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a 360° recruitment consultant in a top-tier recruitment company or Executive Search boutique with exposure to international mandates with extensive use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Significant functional or industrial recruitment track record
- Existing network of contact for business development
- Perfectly fluent in English (basis of French preferable) or perfectly fluent in French (basis of English is mandatory)
- High level of written communication skills
- Autonomy, entrepreneurial streak, ambition, and commitment / reliability
- Strong willingness to develop in the recruitment sector
