To support the next phase of its development, MP Recruiting is seeking for a Senior I.T. Recruiter / Head of I.T. recruitment practice to join the Moscow Office.
- Perform international I.T. candidate searches (developers, lead developers, Designer UI-UX, CTO, Data Scientists, I.T. consultants, I.T Managers, etc.) autonomously and at the highest quality of service in English (or in French if you master this language)
- Develop and manage the team of researchers and junior consultants (daily management, training, recruitment, etc.)
- Support the client portfolio development (especially Russian – CEI accounts)
- Contribute to company development and management: enhancement of process and tools, steering of the overall activity (KPIs,), etc.
- Report directly to the founder of the company with a scope of responsibilities / autonomy that will evolve according to your performance
- 2 to 10 years of working experience in a top-tier recruitment company or Executive Search boutique with exposure to international mandates and a track record on I.T. positions
- High level of communication ability, interpersonal skills and autonomy
- Entrepreneurial streak, ambition, and commitment / reliability
- Strong interest for I.T. sector and positions
- Perfectly fluent in English or in French
- Proven business development capabilities è Existing prospects network (in Russia or abroad) is a plus
- Willingness to become a “head of” and manage autonomously your business is a plus (development / sales strategy, team development, P&L accountability, etc.)
