MP Recruiting is an independent fast growing recruiting company founded in 2017 that supports clients in searching, screening and hiring Middle Managers and Senior Executives with the highest level of standards in the recruiting industry.
Since its creation it has experienced an exponential growth especially in Europe and owns today a solid portfolio of Management Consulting, Corporate and Start-up clients.
We work only with a very limited number of select clients owning characteristics that make them particularly attractive for potential candidates and have very professional recruitment processes.
We search candidates for jobs starting from 50k€ of annual salary (to 1m€ for the more senior positions) extensively in Europe and especially in France, despite our team is based in Moscow. (second office in France would be open by the end of 2021)

The company is currently in a scale up phase in which operations in Russia need to be bolstered, accelerate the client development portfolio (including in Russia) and start to develop its operations outside Russia.
To support the next phase of its development, MP Recruiting is seeking for an Internal Recruiter – HR Manager.
- Organization and management of recruitment processes: recruitment plan, sourcing of candidates (direct approach via linkedin, HH, etc.), interviewing candidates, collection of references, negotiation, etc.
- Autonomous management of all the internal positions opened: Interns, Researchers, Recruitment consultants, Business Developers, Support functions, etc. for Moscow office now, Experienced recruitment consultants and Business Developers for the French office from end of 2021
Onboarding and Talent Development
- Development of the onboarding process
- Improvement of training program – material (especially technical skills for recruiting activities)
- Perform individual training for interns, researchers and recruiters
- Follow employees in their personal and professional development
Culture and communication
- Develop organization culture & internal communications
- Lead external communication to increase brand awareness and attractiveness for potential employees
HR Admin & Policies:
- In coordination with internal administrative employees and suppliers (accountant, lawyers, etc.) insure that all HR related processes and policies are compliant
What we expect from you
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience including necessarily a successful experience as a recruitment consultant in an agency or a talent acquisition position (full scope including sourcing of candidates) for a corporate
- As a plus but not mandatory: Full HR scope, startup environment, IT related recruitment positions, French
- Perfectly fluent in English
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Autonomy, entrepreneurial streak, ambition, and commitment / reliability
- Strong willingness to develop in the recruitment sector
